TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you and Owl Tower Group, Inc. ("OTG", "we", "us", or "our") that govern your rights to access and use OTG's online products and services (collectively, the "Services").
Section 12 of these Terms contains provisions governing the resolution of disputes between you and OTG. In particular, it contains a binding arbitration clause, jury waiver and class-action waiver that apply to all claims. Please read them carefully.
These Terms include our Privacy Policy, which are considered an integral part of these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree to these Terms, in whole or in part, including the arbitration clause and class action waiver, do not access or use our Services.

OTG (and its licensors) is the owner of the Services, including all proprietary content, information, material, software, images, text, slogans, graphics, illustrations, logos, icons, filters (including user-generated), patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music, and all related intellectual property rights (collectively, "Content"). Except as expressly stated in these Terms, OTG (and its licensors) reserve all rights in and to our Services and Content. OTG grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services.
This license is for your personal use only. This license does not include any right to use our Services for commercial purposes. You may not use the Services in ways that are not authorized by these Terms.
